Most of staff at checkout are task oriented and their attitude does not reflect the level of service I’d expect in this prestige hotel therefore I will never be back . "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Lovely lounge and dining areas with good food and breakfast. Desk staff were extremely helpful - especially Lewis! ….. it is a tricky place to enter on arrival with luggage as there’s no pull in place and, although there are self opening doors, There are many steps up to the foyer desk with no intercom to alert your need for assistance! However the staff were gracious and immediate with their assistance once asked. We recommend this very well located charming hotel. "
