"Everything was amazing. One area of improvement would be in paying attention to the small things. The shower floor had mold in between the tiles. I did not feel comfortable showering without sandals. However, the housekeeper was amazing and the room was spectacular other than that."

"I like they had a private beach they take you to very nice food was awesome n drinks was stronger there then hotel negative side was only breakfast food was old n cold all 4days i ate there and yogurt was out dated on bottom it said april 6 2024 and i went june 9th out date a guy got aick from it and entertainment could be better everything was over at 10 but overall i still give the place a 10"

"The property is beautiful however i didn’t like that so many staff members would bombard us to get all these extra packages. Especially when our bags are still in our hands from a 6 hour flight. and no one explained the restaurants or the times to us soon arrival."

"I visited Secrets and booked my trip as a preferred guest which gave me access to everything including the neighboring hotels. The food was great, drinks, fully stocked fridge with complimentary snacks, champagne, and alcohol. Excellent room service throughout my entire stay. I felt safe. I love that they had scheduled events throughout the day and night. I do believe if the room was a little more up to date, this would’ve made the stay a 10 hands down. I had the junior suite room and it worked...
