"The staff at the front desk and restaurant as well as the porters were all very friendly and helpful. We found our room to be spacious, clean, and comfortable. "The Hotel is amazing. The rooms are great and you have a nice rooftop bar. Also the pool was nice and the location is perfect in the middle of the city of Makassar. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful. From the hotel you can easily take a boat trip to Samalona Island. It takes only 25 min. "nice hotel with nice location. it is located near city center, you can get around easily. the FO staff was very helpful n friendly. keep up with the good greetings guys. on the 3rd day I got problem with hot shower, but they fix it immediately after I tell to FO staff. the bad side is only the carpet, i think it should be replaced with new one. the old one was looked dusty."
