"The staff at the Serendipity are great. Angie picked us up at the port and walked us back early in the morning on departure day, Anna served breahfasts, lunches and dinners in the courtyard, and they all helped to arrange tours. We did the kayak tour with Wesley and found it very enjoyable and informative. Also did a walkabout with Jonathan, which was lots of fun. Tortuguero was a very worthwhile place to visit, we would come back and stay at the Serendipity again."

"This place was amazing.. the pictures Travelocity has doesnt do the place justice. The staff soooo friendly they go abvoe and beyond..not just one or two but all the staff. They have a turtle pond to see turtles and fish as well as frogs. Their cat oreo is so sweet and a fun addition for guests. We were able to see about 4 sloths on the property.
