Con: The tap water is not potable and they don’t provide complimentary bottles in the room - all hotels I’ve stayed at provide basic water when tap water is not drinkable. Location was sublime--15 mins walk to Poetto beach, 5 mins walk to a grocery store, lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby, plus near many bus stations as well.
