"Brilliant hotel, service and hospitality is a different level- better than any other hotel we have stayed at. Rooms and food is excellent as well as best spa. Only thing I would say, is taps are not mixer taps so difficult to adjust water temperature. Other than that best hotel ever stayed at well worth it. And worth the upgrade for the the semi private pool. "

"We spent 1 night here during our trip. Rooms were clean and best of all the bathrooms were very modern and the shower water temperature was great. We also dined at the hotel restaurant, Chaandi. "It’s certainly an experience to stay here. It’s very close to the main road from Jaipur to Delhi so a good place to stop at on the way, we stayed 2 nights but apparently most people only stay 1. On arrival some confusion with bags and what’s happening but once we reached reception all was quickly sorted and our bags were carried up the steep steps to reach our room. "Good location, good hotel, nice ambience and BEST STAFF!! We stayed at Trident Udaipur during end of march for 4 days, there were few hickups that were outside staff control , however they did their best to make our stay conformable and memorable. Special mention for their manager Urvi Mahajan .. she was always their for the guest .. Amazing service .. Keep it up .. Will certainly visit Trident Udaipur again to enjoy their amazing hospitality :)"
