"Hotel was very conveniently located for my purposes and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. I only had drinks at the bar and breakfast but everything was very good. Only disappointment was my shower, as it was a multi head shower but the ‘rainfall’ standard overhead part didn’t work so I had to use the handheld head"

"Hotels.com took booking. 2 days later The Accommodation rang me direct to advise they were closing the weekend I was due to stay. Contacted Hotels.com and after several connection issues with an out of UK contact centre was unable to find alternative. Bit hacked off as was advised my refund would take 7-10 days to process. Should have been immediate if out of my control. Found another booking privately. Hotels.com still asking me how my stay was!!!"

"Great location for Fowey. close to town, beach, ferry and walks. Quality hotel, bedroom well appointed, great mattress, pillows. Very helpful staff. Continental breakfast okay but i felt it wrong that hot food was an extra cost bearing in mind the cost of rooms. Even a cappuccino was an extra at breakfast. Really??
