"Service and facilities were wonderful. Staff always happy to help. Food other than breakfast mediocre at best."

"A lovely hotel overlooking the sea. Elegant decor which gave the hotel a sophisticated feel. Our room was large and comfortable. The lift was faulty when we were there but assistance was offered with suitcases. Table service at breakfast accompanied with a buffet of cereal, breads and fruit. A little disappointed that there was a supplement to be paid for fish having already paid extra when booking breakfast. Overall a very nice stay."

"Wow!! Im a bit late leaving this review but honestly wow! This place is amazing. I've visited Newquay loads in the past but never visited this place. Aaron the owner is the friendliest nicest guy you could ever meet. The rooms are spotless & the views are outstanding. Never have I felt so welcome when staying at a hotel in my life. I would highly recommend this place to anybody. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our three days at The Royal Duchy. The hotel is beautiful and every member of the staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious. "
