We didn’t use the pool so I can’t say anything other than I was surprised you had to reserve a time slot. "Our stay at the Tower hotel was great. We was amazed with the view of Niagara Falls from out room. We had breakfast at the Ihop on the 26th floor. It was tasty but too expensive, even with the view. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They have some renovations going on but it didn't interfere with our stay."

Hotel has a small parking lot, but we were able to walk to all activities - Hornblower Cruise, Journey Behind the Falls, Aero Car, Wild Water Walk, Clifton Hill Fun Area/Skywheel, Skylon Tower, and Fallsview Casino. Last minute notice was given that we cannot use balcony due to construction. The check in was skow and the tags were faulty twice so had to make new tags two times. Besides these issues, the place is great snd prices for food and deink are very resonable. The electric car charging although was 4 hours it wasnt implemented as i saw same cars...
