"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"We liked this hotel. First of all, we had everything for a comfortable stay - a kitchenette, a fridge, and a queen bed (not full or 2 twins as many hotels offer in London). Secondly, our room was very quiet even though it faced a quiet busy street, and curtains completely protected from light in morning."

"Hotel was convenient to the train and made it easy to get to attractions. Enjoyed being able to start the day with breakfast, nice selection. Room overlooking the street was a little noisy as it is a main corridor so we heard many sirens. Overall we were happy with the accommodations."

"We enjoyed the our holidays very much. We had an apartment with two bedrooms, to bathrooms and a kitchenette, which contained everything needed. Everything was clean and neat. Thanks to German TV programes and the the nice gentleman at the breakfast area the felt welcome too. We can imagine staying at the Residence Inn again one day."
