"Even though we where supposed to be a VIP customer, we received a room with a small window facing a construction a few feet away. After I asked for another room they put me on a "waiting list" shortly after I got a call that they might have a front room but there would be an additional charge of 90Euro a day. After I talked to a manager, they reduced the surcharge to 50Euro a day. We took the room which was very nice and had a great view."

"Easy check-in at the hotel, a few doors down from the apartment. Excellent friendly staff, always willing to help. Great location, just 2 minutes walk from the waterfront. Great characteristic apartment with super comfy beds and wooden shutters on the window's to keep you cool. I cannot fault the place, we had an amazing time and i have to say these are one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Hugely recommend a stay here."

"This hotel is beautiful inside, very clean, and with a great location. We walked to all tourist attractions during our two days stay, and there were multiple good restaurants within walking distance too. Inside the hotel there are water bottle refill stations available. Also, coffee and snacks vending machines in the main lobby near the elevators. It was also very easy to request an Uber to the airport from the hotel. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Good hotel. Location is good if you prefer a quieter part of town. Unfortunately there is a building site next to the hotel. Big seller for the hotel is the pool on the rooftop. Downside - drinks at the hotel seem to be overpriced and service in the bar at the ground floor is slow. Also the aircon in the room doesn't work. "
