"This place was great until the second floor bedroom AC would not work. I contacted them multiple times via email and phone and they assured me they would try to resolve the issue during my stay. They then told me they were unable to do this. I informed them I chose this as it was supposed to include AC and the second floor was where we would be sleeping. It was extremely hot at night and during the day after walking 15k steps."

"The only things I did not like were that first floor is up a stair case or this should have been described somewhere and one of the bathrooms was not very sound proof, but enjoyed my stay overall. Had two bathrooms, comfortable bed, location was great, felt safe, a lot of places and things to do close to the hotel. Great experience!"

"Great location. Good facilities Nice to have a garden out the back. Helpful to have hotel two doors down to help with check in/any questions. Large bathroom with decent shower and full power hairdryer. Sofa in the rockstar room was incredibly uncomfortable- so much so I had to relax on the bed. This really needs changing asap as defeats the purpose of booking a studio if you can relax in the space."

"They gave us a faulty key that broke in half inside the lock of our door on our first night which locked us out of our room for a while. Their “emergency line” doesn’t work and we even tried contacting them through what’s app and Expedia chat as well. We had neighbors upstairs who tried helping us with the door and they said they didn’t get the room they paid for which also led to a bad experience with this property. The worst part of this stay was how disrespectful and rude the receptionist...
