"Nice big room, didn’t really interact with staff or anything other than the room as we were on weekend to the Birmingham games expo. Only 30 min drive to the NEC which was perfect. Bath and shower in room which was lovely after a long day. Easy check in and out. Car park free but must out you’re number plate in at reception. Nice little cafe bar 5min walk away "

"From when we arrived there were friendly staff on hand to help us checking in and getting to our rooms. However, in getting to our rooms we noticed that some of the light switches did nothing. "Lovely stay just a few things to note. Parking needs to be free/included, it’s £8 but a bit annoying for such an upmarket establishment to charge for it. Grounds are beautiful the building is stunning, staff helpful and friendly. It would be nice to have a little music around the communal areas plus we sat reading and at 9 o’clock sharp the candles were all snuffed out!! Breakfast was lovely ."

"On arrival, my Sat Nav was unable to direct me to the entrance of the hotel. I have never been to Leicester before, so I called the reception for a few suggestions how to get into the car park.
