"Dirty room that smelled of unwashed male feet. Room old and in poor condition. I could not use my CPAP machine as the only electric socket was on the other side of the room. The facility was well below what I expected to fine in a Best Western hotel. A very sorry smelly experience."

"I gad a single room which had a queen aize bed and was spotless. There was minor noise pollution early morning but nothing terrible. Staff were really friendly and helpfull. The bar had a good selection of beer and the food was good."

"We were flying out of Terminal 5 and the tube was free between terminal 5 and 4 takes 35-45 min. Hotels have covered tunnel that gets you safely to hotel of your choice. We were able to get a late dinner as travelled all day and free breakfast was good."
