Lovely two night stay with a friend. Staff all cheerful friendly and helpful so full marks to them. This hotel felt friendly and rooms were cosy - you could adjust the heating (and in summer air con) which is really useful. Tea/coffee making facilities in room with an excellent selection of teas and coffee and hot chocolate - you also get a small flask of fresh milk. My friend and I both said that this is a hotel we would feel quite comfortable and safe in if travelling alone.

Just a really nice experience. Very friendly staff with a generous approach to our dog ( own sausage and plate at breakfast), excellent selection of tea, coffee etc in the room and a REALLY comfortable bed. Towels properly fluffy too!

Lovely hotel, with a sense of community. Our room was comfortable with great facilities. Very good breakfast in the morning, served by pleasant, helpful staff. Whitstable castle and the shops were within walking distance.
