FOODIE persons place! Super friendly and clean!

"This place within 100meters of atleast 2 Michelin (food) recommended places. Also the softest beds we have found in South East Asia! The service of the hotel amazing. We arrived very late (after our original other hotel booking was a disaster, had to find a place very late at night). Ms Hang took us happily in, guided us where to get this good food at such late hour, gave an amazing, tidy, Western standards room. The downside is breakfast is shared with another hotel, their buffet not great, but one can always order a fresh omelette or noodles, not eat the buffet. Or there are many street cafes. Located on a side street so not very noisy (all of Hanoi is noisy). We booked 1 night, but actually stayed 2. "

"The hotel is in a great location. The staff were courtesy, honest, and professional. The room and beds were comfortable. We had the breakfast in oir package. There was a bid selection to choose from. I like the bottle water in the room. I would stay here again when back in Hanoi "

"Customer service is world class exceptional. Hotel in great location. Beautiful property. Breakfast best I have had whilst travelling. Hotel truly excels only one suggestion be more sustainable with removal of plastic bottles to glass and wooden toothbrushes etc but faultless and highly recommended. "
