"We loved this place and would definitely stay again. It was comfortable and clean, had nice amenities, and was within walking distance to a few restaurants and Ocean Beach. It’s a bit further from some of the nicer restaurants but Ubers were cheap so it was a good spot for our first visit to Puerto Rico."

"The owner/contact person was responsive, accommodating, and courteous. This was the case for check and when a couple of random questions came up during the stay. The apartment (unit A) was secure, clean, and all basic necessities (towels, etc.) were made available as well as extras (dish soap/sponge, a few basic cooking seasonings, cups/plates/utensils). The apartment also has some basic decorations that make it a bit more homelike. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend...

"This was a great home base for our trip to San Juan! The three of us had plenty of room and we really appreciated the amenities: well supplied kitchen and laundry. We had a couple minor maintenance issues, but the guest services team was always right on top of things - really great communication. Lots of restaurants nearby and walking distance to the beach. I wouldn't want to try parking there though, as the streets are very narrow and parked cars regularly lost their side mirrors. The area info...

"Loved the design of the space. Loved 2 bathrooms. Nice bedroom vanity. Beach access was great. Close to airport, restaurants, grocery store, shopping, and many activities. Great price for the space. "This is a great location if you are wanting something easy and quick to the beach. It Is in an older area that seemed OK to walk in at night but not alone Restaurants around it had super weird hours so don’t expect too many lunch options but dinner was easier Puerto Rico isn’t known for its hot showers. This one was decent but definitely not hot like I like them Communication was EXCELLENT with the owner"

"The property is clean and walking distance to many things. The pool area is very nice but also very slippery. You almost need to tip toe around the pool deck to be safe from falling. Upon chevkin the room i rented and paid for was not available so i had to downgrade my room. They did give our family free breakfast to make up for this.
