Great place if you're looking for something nice and affordable. This isn't a 5-star hotel but if you want to stay near the locals and be close to the main roads this is a good place to stay my only complaint is that the bathroom was a bit small but it wasn't an issue.

Ownership of the property changed days before my trip and I was not afforded the services available under the previous ownership. Incomplete self check in instructions were texted so I was unable to check in when I landed and had to pay for a night at another hotel. The WI FI was unreliable and out half the time of my stay.

Property was very nice and spacious and clean , great for people who want to take in the San Juan scenery. The staff was super nice and approachable. Can be confusing at first when getting dropped off from airport but once you find it you're golden. Only problem with the property and it was so minor was that the outlets ( only like 2 outlets didn't work ) very minor inconvenience besides that great stay would recommend

The property was clean. The Staff we're all amazing. They made sure to check in with you every day. If anything was needed it was done with no hesitation. Three of us stayed for 6 nights. The bathroom was a bit small and not much room to put clothes away but thats not to much of a problem. We would definitely stay there again in the future. 15 minute walk to the port of old san Juan if you didn't want to drive there.

Safe neighborhood hotel. We loved the live music that performed near the hotel twice while we were there. Great bakery down the street and excellent pizza cafe across the road. Excellent communication from management. Waking distance to Old San Juan and the beach. Parking on site a huge plus.

The property was great! The people at check in and check out and in between were amazing! Super friendly, knowledgeable and kind. They always had a greeting and a smile when you walked in. The loft was spacious and clean. The only thing I would ask for is a spare blanket or two - with the air it got a little chilly sleeping. The location is just the right distance from Old San Juan - a quick and not expensive Uber ride away. You don’t have the congestion of Old San Juan instead some local culture! I would stay here again!
