"The Hotel Tiki Tiki is a gorgeous absolutely beautiful retreat so quiet and peaceful. The staff was extremely helpful, kind and professional. I plan to return on my next trip to Tulum. It is located in a residential neighborhood with beautiful trees and vegetation. A close walk or drive to downtown with restaurants and shopping. No noise of any traffic or city businesses. "Booked this hotel for my boyfriend’s birthday trip and it was amazing. The hotel looked exactly like the pictures it was extremely clean and very quiet perfect for couples needing a calm and relaxing vacation. It’s not on the main road so you’ll need transportation if you choose not to rent a car but everything is about 15-20mins away. Breakfast was good and is complimentary. The only down side to this was its not an all inclusive you have the option to use the temporary credit they hold to pay...

"I can honestly say I enjoyed my stay at Era Hotel. The hosts were a beautiful couple who welcomed me warmly. They were so willing to help me find dining options, car service and even offered to make me breakfast for my birthday. I absolutely loved my stay! Highly recommend 10 out of 10!
