Independent Thermal hotels

"I’ve stayed twice at this hotel, and both times the clean, contemporary rooms and pleasant, oasis-like atmosphere of the hotel struck me most. It was very quiet on our stay last Thursday. The staff and lobby have all the basics, there is a very nice pool, and a hot tub too, although the hot tub is tucked away in a separate small, enclosed area lined with tall shrubs - hiding it from the pool area. "Although the room is a good size compared to other hotels, I hate being forced to pay a resort fee which gets me absolutely nothing. Breakfast isn't included, either. Beautiful property, but a pretty steep price for a night of sleep."

"Fantastic resort with a friendly vibe and awesome staff. In particular, Paul at the front desk was incredibly helpful and generous, attentive and welcoming; and Eric the regular bartender (daytime) makes excellent drinks, friendly conversation, and creates an environment you just want to hang out in. Highly recommend! And do yourself a favour and upgrade for a bungalow, they are fantastic. "
