"Decent downtown hotel. It's a little old but rooms were quite spacious. Staff was good, but there is no dedicated concierge staff, 2hich could have been helpful. Wifi was strong. Breakfast was a standard breakfast from attached restaurant, which was good, but there was only one choice."

"This hotel seems to be a hidden gem. It was amazing. Lots of history in the place, it was like staying in a museum. You could spend a day just exploring the hotel.
People were incredible, friendly, helpful, I felt like a friend and not just a guest.
The room I had was well appointed, with the usual, things. TV, safe, desk chairs, large bed on the firmer side and very comfortable. The shower had no water saving mechanism that I could tell, felt full on pressure. I forgot what that was...

"I enjoyed my stay! The staff was kind and pleasant. The rooms were nice and maintained well. Caution: this is an old building as most of SF is, the walls are not thick. It’s is a good area to get quickly from one side of town to the next. The neighborhood is what most of SF is, experiencing homelessness so be cautious in the evening. Great food spots in the area. Over all, we enjoyed our stay!"

"Hotel lobby was clean and large. The room was very spacious and clean. The view we had was super cute too. Parking was valet that we chose it was pricey but I was only there for one night so I just made the choice to go with their option. I’d probably come back here again the area was in a good spot from bars, clubs and the shopping district."

"Funky, well-located hotel 2 blocks away from Union Square and the end of the Cable Car line. Coffee service not so great but the restaurant has breakfast you can buy. The room was good and not like a box hotel which we liked."

"There is parking which waa great. The room was clean n the frig n microwave n TV were in good shape n worked. Hallway waa dirty n had an odor on the 3rd floor n it wqa noisy late at night. Needs a little bit of an upgrade but u cant beat the price n the location in the tenderloin district! I walked everywhere n it was close to stores n all parts of San Francisco!
Lots of homeless people around but not a problem. Had a Great time in the city!!!"

"Rented a room months in advance only for them to call me an hour before my check in to say they had double booked my room and did not have a room for me. Was on the phone with them and Expedia for hours for them only to offer the most basic courtesy which was a refund. Also the lobby manager was gone by 6pm? I had called before to try and revolve it only to show up to NO EMPLOYEES for assistance. Awful experience."

"Says the have valet parking but that wasn't true. On e all 13 of us arrived in 2 vehicles we were told they couldn't accommodate us. Had to find other parking we ended up parking 4 blocks away and walking. But the property is clean I felt safe."
