We arrived after a 13 hour drive and did ask if it would be possible to check in 27 minutes early and the first staff member I talked to was not even remotely pleasant, she was downright rude. I just asked, wasn't brutish or mean, there was no reason for that, just figured I'd ask. I was able to check-in a half hour later and the other staff member was so much more pleasant. It was super quiet. I felt bad when we got back to the hotel around 10pm, there was another couple from our floor leaving and upset supposedly because of the noise on their floor. We were only 2 rooms down from them and neither myself, nor my sister heard a peep out of anybody all night.

Great customer service by front desk and kitchen services. Ms. Varie Williams, the kitchen manager was so nice, professional, helpful and wanted to know how everthing was and asked if you needed anything else. Great employee, very courteous and friendly.
