Georgia Hotels

The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was extremely spacious, and the bed was one of the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on for a hotel. My only complaint is that the bathroom is outdated. Other than that, it was awesome.

You never know -- even with high end hotel chains but this place is fantastic. Even better than I expected!! I travel on business a lot, so I recognize quality management. Bravo.

very nice people would stay agin when i go back

This was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in an economy hotel. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The frontdesk staff obliged us by giving us an early check-in since we had three rooms full of family members who were headed to a family wedding which was a thirty minute drive away. We had small children that we had to get dressed so the early check-in was very much appreciated. We would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we are in Griffin.

Room didn't look too bad when we first come in, bathroom looked old, thou. Room was not cleaned the first day, Then, the next day, they wanted to clean it while we where inside trying to have breakfast. Not happy at all. I paid too much for an unpleasent stay.

The only issue was the bar staff. We stayed at the Hyatt as we were attending a wedding in Savannah. One of my friends ended up having a bar tab that was not his. The waitresses did not keep proper tabs on the guests ordering drinks. My friend was a little tipsy, and he was the last to leave with his two friends when the waitress gave him a bill for over $300....there was no way my friend ordered that much drink. It was too late for the waitress to get anyone else as the rest of the wedding party had left. I was very annoyed over this error by the waitress, but she would not budge.. The bar staff were not prepared for the big crowd that came to the bar in the afternoon. I suggest they need more training in their field and not get flustered when a large group of guests come in. I'm hoping the bride will be in touch with the Hyatt and let management know what happened.

Extremely nice and very roomy room! Great location! We were in a king deluxe room/suite. While we were there out TV's were upgraded. Very comfortable bed. A little disappointed with the breakfast. No eggs or meat but there was hot biscuits and gravy and lots of other things to choose.
