We do thank you for staying with us. Glad to hear that the kids enjoyed the pool. The Family Suite is unique....the whole room had been updated a few years back, the only thing that did not change was the spiral staircase. We will have maintenance look into the HVAC in the room and in bedroom. Lofted bedrooms is just that, it does look down from below, the suite is an open concept. Sorry to hear that the room was probaly not what you were expecting. The restaurant is Kelly's Coffee House, they rent the restaurant end from us. They only do Monday - Saturday. There is a good place down the road from us called Anita's for breakfast.We will take in consideration on your review. Thank You.

We thank you for staying with us and your review. I believe you were maybe in room 211. Not far from your room you would have seen an exit sign and stairs that would have led down to the side parking lot of the room. You would have used your key card to come in the side door and and at the top of the stairs, take a left and your room was right there. So if your are ever back to stay with us again, we do have side entrances from the parking lot to enter building for downstairs rooms and upstairs rooms.Thank you.

We do thank you for the review and your input on the Round Barn Lodge. YES, there are alot of NO SMOKING SIGNS taped on to doors. They don't stick the best and have to constantly be taped on, adheisev on back is not the best. If Guest would follow the Wisconsin Laws about No Smoking in stablishments, we would not need to plaster taped signs all over. YES, we have leased out the Round Barn Building/Restaruant that is attached to the lodge. It is a Coffee House. The girls that do run it, do there best. We give them credit for opeing at 6:00 in the morning for our Guest, and for WORKING! Alot of people now days are not working when they could or should be! And not just teenagers, grown adults. Everybody has their own taste in things, wether it is food or decor....if this is something that is not for your taste or anybody other once they try it out, then yes, more then likely will not retrun. Everybody has their own taste. :)Thank You for staying and trying out the Coffee House.
