We stayed in April, loved the quaint rooms! The hot tub was a plus!! Everyone was polite and friendly. We received a call every morning asking how our room was and if we needed anything. Right on the ocean, loved waking up for a walk on the beach. We went on a whale watch too which was convenient to drive to before summer traffic . I will be back

Probably would be good in better weather. Hotel is old and could use updates. Our room was handicapped and was near the street not the beach end. Very loud even though not crowded. Way too loud for me! Pull out couch is uncomfortable. Lady in community room was nice. Pool and gym is a weird setup. You have to go thru the basement. Strange.

Hi,I'm sorry about the noise. Gets hectic during school breaks and we were full. Your room was just like all of our rooms. It was an ocean view with a balcony. Sorry you were not closer to the water. Hopefully next time.

Second time staying here. Very convenient location. Room includes most necessities except for zero toiletries in the bathroom. It was incredibly noisy till even after 10 PM with those above my room, sounding like they were moving the furniture around, causing frequent, loud noises. This was for all three nights that I stayed there. Not sure what could be done about that, but suggest staying on the second floor. Bed/bedding wasn't very comfortable. Temperature hard to control, hot in bedroom/bath area and cooler in kitchen/dining area, where the heating/cooling unit lived.

It was a beautiful room. The fireplace did not work and the pull-out couch would not fold up but other than that i loved the place.

All the fireplaces work and I wish you asked us for assistance so you could have enjoyed it. It is normally an easy fix. Same with the sofa. You still had a good time and that is the important part. Hope to see you again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was large with a queen bed, sleep sofa and small dining area. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows could be upgraded. We will definitely go again.

We have stayed at this property several times. While this room is located close to the beach end if the property the room was not the best. Terrible bed, made a noise each time you moved. The bathroom fan sounded like a plane taking off and a patched up crack in the shower bottom. However, other rooms we have stayed in were much more utd. Location is excellent.

Hi,We would have been happy to have made the bed up for you if you had asked. We do only supply a start up kit to make sure you have coffee for the first morning. It is good coffee too and makes a full pot. It is only 2 to purchase a bag for the other mornings. We offer free coffee every morning from 8 -10 am in our Activities Room. Hope to see you again.

Convenient, great ocean views, comfortable, clean rooms. Front desk staff and maintenance were friendly and helpful. Odd that there was a heavy wind storm while I was there and we were left a voice mail that the facility had no generator, but they were giving out candles. Course when I went to pick up candles at front desk, they weren't providing matches so I had to go to the store for some! Inconvenient and weird experience.

Lovely suite but no sleep for the weary..
Spacious and clean room, well appointed. However we could hear EVERYTHING in the room above us , stomping for a 2 am bathroom break, the shower. If you are a light sleeper, your stay will depend on the occupants above you. The property is very good, but I preferred not to hear EVERYTHING people do at night.

This was a pleasant surprise. Off season visit for personal business. Room was spacious and well appointed,but SPOTLESSLY clean. No breakfast options on site but some places in town- more during high season.

Service was excellent from check in/out to housekeeping. The location was great. The apartments (didn't want to leave, extended my stay by taking a different but available apartment) were perfect! Both had good views, close enough to hear the ocean as well! Apartment was well stocked, very comfortable - loved the fireplace. Easy to wander down to the beach, watch the sunrise, etc. Oh! The laundry area was small, but perfect - no one else was using it but me. Much appreciated the free and on-site! No negatives. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was comfortable and the staff was kind and helpful. The location cannot be beat. The place is outdated and they use too many plastic cups. However, like I said, the location is pretty awesome.
