We want to assure you that we are committed to continuously improving our guest experience.We also want to clarify that all our rooms are equipped with blankets, and our climate control systems have recently been upgraded with new digital thermostats and are designed to provide a comfortable environment. No guest has ever complained about lack of blankets or heating as we want our guests comfortable and taken care of. Our housekeeping to provide extra blankets and pillows etc are open 24 hours and we take pride in serving our guests. We hope you'll consider staying with us again, giving us the opportunity to serve you better.
