Bed was really comfortable. Shower was good and hot. Lots of property for my dog to roam around in. It's not fenced, so if you dog is the type that wanders off you would need to keep it on a leash

Liked clean and warm room. Frienly desk clerk on arrival. Disliked beds very hard, pillow on one bed very hard, low quality bedding, no glasses, no ice bucket or directions to get ice, no in room information pamphlets ie: tv instructions or wifi , or front desk access without going outside to knock on office door.

Would stay here again. Loved the clean towels everyday, close to all amenities, beautiful mountainview. Staff very friendly and helpful, also super accommodating.

We were in a group of 6 and had booked 3 rooms. One person was moved as their original room that hadnt been cleaned. Then the room they were moved to had 14 ladybugs within the room. Management did deal with the ladybugs, but still. Another room had dog fur all over 1 bed. And all rooms did not have any blankets, only 2 sheets, which made for a very cold night. Over all we didnt get much rest We had to book a different hotel for our second night in Sicamous
