Upon entering our room, we saw that the beds were freshly made and towels in the bathroom were rolled up neatly on the shelf, so we could tell someone had been there to “clean” before we checked in. However, there was hair on the pillow cases, hair throughout the shower and on the floor around the toilet, and dirt in the bathroom sink. The floor turned our socks were brown, so it hadn’t been mopped either. I reported to the front desk within 10 minutes, and she gave me clean pillows but no response to the mess in the room, she just handed me extra washcloths. In the morning, I reported again that our room was dirty (new women at the counter) and we had to clean the bathroom ourselves (using the extra washcloths), and she just said “ok, thank you for letting me know.” In addition to the lack of cleanliness, the thermostat didn’t work in the room, so no matter how cold we set it to get (at one point we put it on 64* to test it), and it never left 74*. The machine never turned into AC, it only ran on fan setting. Our sleep was uncomfortable from the heat, the room was dirty, the staff was unhelpful, and there were tweakers roaming around and police responding to crime 2/3 nights in neighboring parking lots. People were smoking at the pool and we didn’t even feel comfortable letting our kids go out there to swim. Absolutely do NOT recommend anyone stay here. Especially if you have children. Definitely stay somewhere else!

The room was just a stop point for a long trip. The bathroom had what appeared to be black mold. The shower was falling apart. The mini fridge barely worked.

My room was not clean. The couch and the chair in the room had stains on them. The toilet was dirty ( water stains on inside). The sink was not clean. The floor was not vacuumed (dog hair from previous patron). Mold on the ceilings in the bathroom, and shower pole was broken and not fixed back properly (tilted and shower curtain would not stay closed causing water to end up on the floor during showers). Also the water was not hot in shower, only got luke warm.
