The grounds are cute & the check in girl was friendly! Beds are VERY firm! We did not realize we were going to have an upstairs room, that was not in the booking, so not thrilled about that. There is a building in the back that was 2 story.

The room was spotless, however there was no heat and I froze. I couldn’t sleep because I was cold. Finally had to put on layers. Not happy about it.

Our room keys wouldn’t work when we got there. After three failed attempts, the woman at the front desk came and unlocked the door with the master key. We couldn’t go in and out freely. The next day we left and maintenance came to “fix” the door. I accidentally left my AirPods on the bedside table and they went missing. Also, our door was not fixed. With two very tired young children ready for bed we had to go through the failed attempts and master key situation again. Again, we couldn’t come and go. We approached the manager about the door not working and my AirPods going missing and she said she would give us a discount. We have yet to see this discount.

Very Happy with everything. Staff were very nice and organized. Breakfast was very nice. Blueberry coffee cake was excellent and hot potatoes were a real treat.

Really decent place. Thought it was going to be like an inexpensive motel but it was much nicer than expected. Staff was friendly. I like that the room wasn't carpeted. Simple parking and check in. Nice trees and surroundings.

This inn is incredibly clean and we loved our suite room. It’s a great property and continental breakfast was very good. Our only dislike would be the mattresses in our room. Both were very uncomfortable and hard to get to sleep on. Everything else was excellent

We have stayed here several times for mini vacations at the Cape, and always find it a pleasant experience. This time was slightly different, there was a noticeable difference in the condition of our room. This may be due to the time of year, since obvious maintenance was taking place. One suggestion I would make as an elderly traveler is to provide a non-slip bath mat for the tub.

The room is fine,in fact I have stayed here a number of times. It is January and the room should have additional blankets available as the bed has a simple flat sheet and only thin cotton batting duvet for a covering. It was late when I checked in after hours so I was not able to ask for an additional blanket. Otherwise, the room is good, the bathroom is clean, and the breakfast is nice. I will stay again, I will just have to ask ahead for extra blankets if I visit in the winter again.

We rented a two-bedroom suite with kitchen thinking would have room and enough chairs to welcome others in our party to visit with us in the evening. The room with the two beds had only one chair and no room at all to welcome guests. The kitchen by contrast had more space but only one very small table, two chairs at the table, and a small bench. Dishware was sparse and random (no one glass like another, for example). No coffee maker and no coffee other than decaffeinated instant powder. Bathroom was okay. Breakfast offerings were also adequate, though heavy on sweet pastries. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms are very very loud. I can hear the folks on one side, and the children running around on the other side. There are black strands of hair on the bed linens and there is a rusty razor blade in the toilet.. There is no staff on site. Just a note taped to the door..

Friendly check in staff. Our room had a few minor instances of wear, but overall very pleasant, spacious with clean, comfortable beds. Large, clean bathroom. Good sized refrigerator. a good selection of breakfast offerings with a nice seating area. We looked but didn’t see a high chair, so next time we will bring our own booster seat. We were only in the area for a quick, 1-night trip but hope to stay there again when we return in the spring for a longer, more leisurely visit.
