"We took this as it was closish to Universal Studios. But it wasn't particularly close to a train station and a long walk to US, so cabs were needed. It's great that this had it's own mini-kitchen, but we had been spoiled by our first hotel (one of the Minn chain) which was similar but nicer. So check out Minn hotels before you book this! Or, if visiting Universal, maybe get one of the many hotels next to it, as the area there has far more amenities and restaurant choices (the area around this...

"Compared to the 2 other places we stayed in Japan, this was the biggest, size wise. There were 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundryroom attached to a shower room, a kitchen attached to a living room area with a small balcony, and a traditional style sitting room. I may highly consider making this home base for the next trip. The check-in process was a bit strange since there are no people staffing the building, but follow the email instructions, and its easy enough."

"Really spacious, generous sized rooms, quick easy virtual check in process, you just can't get any luggage sent to or from here (using takkyubin/Yamato) as there's no reception onsite to assist. Really close to train station and Universal Studios. Hot water needed to be manually turned on which we eventually figured out ourselves but some better communication/instructions around this would've been helpful."

"This place was very spacious and had everything we needed. 2 separated bedrooms, but could turn into 1 if needed. Kitchen was great, laundry share with bathroom, separate toilet. Very clean, private, convenient location in quiet neighbourhood. Easy check in. Felt safe and was just a really pleasant place to stay! I couldn’t work out the projector but we didn’t need it. Better than a hotel room as the kids had a bit more of space to occupy. Will book again if we are back in Osaka."

"We stayed here for 4 days and it was perfect for a family of 8. The pizza downstairs is AMAZING. The people running the rental are very friendly and professional. The only downside was the train station is a tad far, but overall the location and close proximity to many stores makes this place a 10/10. "

"Great space however quite far from the train station very convenient supermarket within 2 min walk. Loved the bunk beds could pay to have toothbrushes. Also you have to set up other beds yourself so after a long walk prepare for that instead of straight away sleeping.
