"Tina was a wonderful host, responsive and attentive. The apartment was clean and spacious. Location was also excellent with beautiful views of the beach The only slight issue was the noise. Road traffic noise , drilling from nearby building works from 7am and at night the music from the cocktail bar opposite. Obviously this is outside of the host’s control and was only a minor issue for us."

"The hotel is a very short wslk from the Old Town with all its restaurants and other attractions. Our room on the 5th gloor had a wonderful view over the neighbouring buildings out to sea. The breakast was good. There was some building work going on in the hotel when we were there in esrly June but this did not disturb us."

"The hotel’s location is excellent, but unfortunately, it’s the only outstanding feature. While the staff were friendly and courteous, the overall experience left much to be desired. The rooms were quite average, with mediocre quality sheets and towels. The bed was especially uncomfortable, featuring a cheap mattress that made for a poor night’s sleep. "The hotel is nice, but quite old. The room was certainly not worth the 4-star rating. The food was good but not exceptional. The staff were courteous, but, due to several different teams working there, some things were overlooked (for example I was not told that, on a specific evening, there would be no dinner before 8:30pm - to their credit the restaurant staff did make me a sandwich at 7:30pm, as I did not want to wait until 8:30pm to eat). "The hotel is a little dated but in a convenient location across from the beach and about a 20 min walk to the old town. The staff is helpful and friendly. The reason that I rated it so low as my husband and I would wake up with insect bites that we first thought were mosquito bites because he had found a few mosquitoes in the room. "The hotel doesn’t feel four star until you get to your room which we liked . However there was noise from other rooms which could be easily heard . On our last night a large gathering of local people was hosted in a conference room and the music was thumping until 11.15 so it’s not just a hotel for tourists ! The bar staff were all excellent and so helpful . The reception staff were a bit ‘cool’. The shuttle bus into town is a great service. The small beach is nice and we used it twice "

"The room was new and very comfortable. We stayed on the 3rd level which had a large balcony. We practically lived outside. At night it was so quiet and pleasant. Parking is available on the street. When you arrive, call the number on the door and they show up within 10 minutes. "
