"El servicio espectacular, hacia mucho que no me hospedaba en un lugar con esa calidad de servicio y atencion, la verdad no me lo esperaba. La comida del restaurante y el beach club muy buena, lo unico que me gustaria es que cerraran un poco mas tarde tanto el rooftop como el restaurante. La habitacion muy amplia y la cama muy comoda. Todo me gusto, definitivamente volvere y lo recomendare."

"Very nice hacienda type hotel in the middle of everything and yet very laid back atmosphere. Very convenient for walking and shopping as well as restaurants. Very safe and easy to walk around historic center and close to nice public beach."

"This was by far the best hotel. I’ve stayed at in my five years of traveling to Cabo. It’s a brand new hotel and the Hart of San Jose and not only was the hotel. One of my favorites, it was so clean, the amenities were fantastic and the staff was over the top Excellent! I could not brag about this place more, I would suggest it for anyone traveling to the area."

"The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The...

"Generic hotel. Expensive for what you get. Room was very basic and window opened to courtyard so no privacy. Like an old school Holiday Inn. Almost 200 usd after all the fees. Clean but not nice place. Bed hard as a rock."

"Excellent location and cute facilities. The owners are sweet people and have the cutest dog and cat around the property. The room was pretty basic and I had some trouble with the hot water in the shower, but it was very comfortable and clean, with some unique art. I do think this property is not for everyone but I really enjoyed my time there."
