"This is an older historical hotel with minimal amenities. The rooms are very small , our room floor was a little sloped. The elevator was not working the entire 3 days we were there. The staff was pleasant. They have 2 bars to choose from. The bistro was not open as they were updating it and this made it very inconvenient. The hotel stated they couldn’t notify us of the issues due to 3rd party booking."

We had rotting food from tje room service we ordered stuck in the room which made it smell not great. When we called tje front desk we were told that housekeeping had already left and that was that. "Worst hotel experience of my life, will never stay there again. I arrived too a front office with a line of 5 people all waiting too talk to a computer with a video chat to a guy at a call center.
