"Great location, next to the CIQ / Train Station. Convenient and located next to malls. However hard to get Private Hired Cars (Grab), and have to book at the Komtar JBCC. Great room with a view with the seaview."

"Fantastic place to stay overnight when in JB as the hotel is just 1 street away from Komta JBCC. Staff are helpful and friendly. Even the housekeeper greeted me when they saw me. A lot of eating places around. Highly recommend!"

"Hotel and staff were fantastic and the food was excellent. The only negative is there isn't anything around within walking distance as far as restaurants and shops. This was not a problem for me but as a new visitor to Malayasia i would have liked to explore more in the linited time i had at the hotel. "

"The room was great, property was quiet, live band was great. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. The western food at the restaurant was good, we had the lobster special. The local food wasnt up to our expectation. Could do better. The waiters need to be better trained as some of them didnt seem to know what was available or not. Eg. We wanted freshly brewed coffee and tea, but was told it was not available. Later we found out that it was available at an additional cost. Regardless, the waiters tried their best and were very polite. Appreciate the service from all staff. "
