"We checked-in in the evening around 8pm. Was appalled to see big group of people in the house having 1st Birthday Party celebration and was informed by host that the party will end at 12.30 am. Thereafter was brought to another room which was not what we have booked. Host gave crxp reason saying that it was to reduce noise level! The actual room we booked was just opposite ours (4 steps away) and later we found out that it was because the room was given to others. Very dishonest! We couldnt rest...

"i did not stay at the homestay because when i arrived there, i try to call and message owner but no respond. about 40 minutes trying, i have to search for another room to stay. hope i can get my money back because i didnt stay there. owner are not responsible to answer my call and message. expedia he also did not respond call from expedia agent. "It was awful. Why? We were scammed. My family and I booked through Hotels.com, unfortunately under non-refundable. It’s ultimately unfair when we were entirely ignored by the apartment’s host. We did not see a glimpse of our room. The host failed to acknowledge our calls and messages. We’ve tried to contact several times upon check-in time but our numbers were blocked. When we managed to get a hold of the host, he mentioned that he was not informed of the booking despite us receiving the booking...

"Location is excellent, lots of good food and shopping centre. Staffs were not attentive enough,; bookes 2 nites but eoom card only activates dor 1 day. Carparkinf card also, did not activate… counter staff shld be more sensitive to such things and frustration of customers… "

"The hotel was very quiet and clean. Lovely pool Not that much around in terms of shops and things to see. We stayed due to Legoland but had an extra day and not much to see. The restaurants close by were good and nice atmosphere on the water. Pity some old developments opposite that really make the place look a little gloomy otherwise would be great view. Rooms were comfortable and clean and very spacious, huge living area. "
