"The location and view were very nice. Walking to town or to the lake was very easy. There are many restaurants nearby and all were reasonably priced. Also, we liked the outdoor balcony. The owner checked on the property both days. He was very friendly. The shower was too small. No curtains in the window to shield all of the lights outside. "This was our third stay at Hotel Napoleon. It never disappoints! From the moment you walk in until you check out, the staff is ready and willing to help make your Rome experience everything it should be. Everyone is very helpful and courteous. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. The breakfast buffet works great! We have even relied on their tour council, and they went above and beyond to help us secure hard to get tours. Also, you can’t beat the location, twenty steps from the Metro and a ten minute walk to the train station. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when in Rome!!!!"
