"Our family really enjoyed our stay. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful… from the front desk to the restaurant to the gift shop. Everyone was so nice. The kids loved the pool. The poolside cafe was yummy. It was a short walk to the parks and we had the boat as an option too. The unlimited universal pass was amazing, which made the stay even more worth it. We will definitely stay here again!!!"

"I chose this property based on the reviews I read, hoping for a quiet place to relax in the afternoons. I was okay with the minimalist look, but the rooms are very stark and there was nowhere to hang your hand towels. We had a view of the Volcano Bay but honestly didn't spend any time looking out the window. It was very clean and the staff very polite and helpful.
