White House Luxury Hospitality was a wonderful place to stay. We stayed with our family and it was clean, comfortable and quiet. The host was gracious and very helpful. We would definitely would stay here again!

very nice place, we felt like we were in a private villa because when we arrived we were the only guess around although there were others staying at the property but we had time to enjoy the pool by ourselves. the host was very nice and breakfast was fabulous.

Lovely room and shoukd have been a great experience but owner holding famiky gathering adjacent pool and kids took over pool area. Felt like we were staying in someones house and gatecrashubg a family party rather than a stay in a boutique hotel

I'm sorry that you are complaining for this reason, the pool is for the use of all guests, 3 of the 5 children present were guests of the structure, the pool 12 meters long and 6 wide is for everyone's use, perhaps staying for one night only you failed to appreciate our hospitality recognized by all our guests. Bien accueilli.
A l'arrivée puis au petit déjeuner, l'accueil est chaleureux, personnalisé. La piscine est agréable, notre hôte est venu nous mettre de la musique. Si vous avez lu comme moi Parking, c'est gratuit maïs dans la rue sous caméra.

Une maison où il fait bon se poser et se reposer.
Une maison où il fait bon se poser et se reposer. Les points positifs et agréables à souligner: l accueil, la propreté des lieux, une décoration lunineuse et douce, un très bon petit déjeuner, une piscine agréable, un aménagement de la chambre qui laisse beaucoup de place au rangement (appréciable avec 2 enfants) et une structure de petite taille (12 personnes maximum) ce qui préserve une intimité au séjour. Le lieu est un peu excentré du centre ville, dans un quartier résidentiel récent, tout à fait calme.

A FUIR !!
La chambre du sous sol dégageait une forte odeur d’humidité, des traces de moisissures étaient visibles dans la douche. Une fenêtre donnant devant un mur avec aucun volet donc pas d’obscurité. Pour 200€/nuit c’est inadmissible de proposer ce genre de prestations, À FUIR de toutes évidences. L’accueil était basique, aucune informations sur la ville, une présentation très sommaire et concernant le check out : UNE HONTE. Nous avons du attendre 10min pour faire le check out car personne n’était pas là, quand elle est arrivée elle était au téléphone sans aucunes excuses pour nous avoir fait patienter. De plus au moment de payer la taxe séjour la personne n’accepte pas la carte ce qui inadmissible quand on propose une service « LUXURY ». Le seul élément positif est le petit déjeuner et la personne en charge de celui ci (très gentille au passage). A ce prix là c’est limite une ARNARQUE.

Accueil parfait , mais en fait c est une maison très jolie mais de quartier . Ce qui m’a déplut c est le fait qu il avait je pense son fils avec des amis qui était dans la piscine puis sur les canapés donc on ne se sentait pas comme à l hôtel mais plutôt comme chez les gens ! Sinon tout était parfait .

Villa charmante
Cette villa cossue est située dans la partie Nord de Olbia dans un quartier assez recent mais pas spécialement pittoresque mais permettant d'éviter une partie des embouteillages pour rejoindre les plages superbes du Nord. Centre ville en 5/10 minutes en voiture. Je crois qu'il y a 4 appartements dans la villa et nous avons occupé celui du haut (suite) avec une belle terrasse. Le confort est maximal et la décoration raffiné. Belle piscine partagée. Propriétaires charmants disponible et chaleureux Un très bel endroit

Io e la mia famiglia Abbiamo soggiornato x 2 gg in questo piccolo hotel e sembravamo in "famiglia" ed a casa. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi ed ospitali ed hanno esaudito col sorriso tt le ns richieste. Se dovessimo tornare ad olbia soggiorneremo sicuramente all'white.

Accolti dai padroni di casa in modo eccellente. Molto disponibili ed affabili e ti fanno sentire a casa. Il sig. Gianni e la sig.ra Sheila sono sempre pronti a fornire informazioni utili sui posti che meritano di essere visitati e su come muoversi sul posto. Colazione ben servita e variegata. Esperienza consigliata, ne vale la pena.

Das Haus macht seinem Namen alle Ehre. Es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Ambiente ist großartig und der Pool sauber und angenehm von der Temperatur. Das gute Frühstück wird als Buffet draußen angeboten. Es gibt verschiedene Kaffee Spezialitäten. Wenn man Rührei oder Ähnliches wünscht wird es extra berechnet. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es für das Zimmer, es ist sehr klein und hat kein Tageslicht. Die Matratze ist durchgehend und wenn der Partner sich bewegt schaukelt man immer mit. Wir würden es wieder buchen wenn eines der oberen Zimmer frei wäre.

Nice place but maintenance?..don't go with kids!
The experience had 2 faces : At start a very nice welcome from the staff and of course a very nice place Then we faced several issues During one hour we had to handle the miscommunication between Expedia and our owner. They wanted us to pay while it was already paid by Expedia. Breakfast supposed to start at 8.30 started at 9.30 In the suite the additional bed was broken and one part of it without 4 slatted frame In the same room nothing to hide the light from the window... The next morning the owner came without a smile, without a hello and first word was to yell on our kids playing in the swimminpool. Later at the moment of the bill they asked us 50 euro to pay for a inflatable seat stating that our kids had broken it!!! To the question how do you know the reply was clear "I don't"...Of course they didn't take time to approach is, discuss or exchange about anything... A so so experience

rispondo a questa recensione, perchè voglio precisare che i bambini sono quasi tutti vivaci, ma alcuni troppo vivaci, spetterebbe ai genitori far rispettare il luogo e le altre persone presenti in struttura. le doghe del secondo letto , sono state rotte e trovate nascoste dal personale addetto, causa salti eccessivi dei bambini sul letto, la rottura di un prestigioso gonfiabile è avvenuta perchè lo stesso è stato utilizzato in modo vandalo fuori dall'acqua , ho visto personalmente questo. Da noi sono graditi tutti gli ospiti, compreso i bambini, ma chiedo rispetto per la nostra struttura e per gli altri ospiti presenti. Nessun costo è stato addebitato per le rotture del letto e del gonfiabile. grazie comunque per la tua recenzione.

Séjour de 9 nuits dans cette belle maison tranquille et confortable, bien tenue avec des prestations de qualité. Nous avons apprécié l’aménagement extérieur autour de la piscine très convivial et l’attention des propriétaires tout au long du séjour. Une note spéciale au personnel de la maison Lili qui apporte ses meilleurs soins aux clients avec sourire et gentillesse, tant pour le service du petit déjeuner que pour les chambres.

Echt perfekt und soo herzlich!
Alles war bis ins Detail nett und schön gemacht, die Gastgeber haben uns täglich herzlich umsorgt und gut beraten, sogar im Winter wäre das eine Reise wert! Der einzige Nachteil: Frühstück gibt's erst ab 8.30, dafür aber täglich anders gestaltet und immer so, als käme es direkt aus dem Katalog! Echt wunderbar, wirklich empfehlenswert und vor allem so,dass man sich gut aufgehoben, willkommen und wohl fühlt!
