This property is very nice. The only issue was the system went down when checking in, it took two days for us to get keys, and our room was only cleaned once and not daily like it said. Was not sure if I needed to request that it be done everyday. Room was beautiful, the view was ok. Staff very friendly and helpful. We will be back again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice size rooms. Very friendly staff. The restaurant food wasn't the best, but the bartender and drinks were very good. Spacious entry area/ lobby with lots of seating, indoor and outside

Great hotel within walking distance of the main tourist areas and transport options like the tram and the buses. Room was huge, rooftop swimming pool was a nice area when the sun got hot. Friendly staff and gave us a late checkout. All in all 10 out of 10

Overall, I enjoyed my stay because the staff was nice and the hotel was clean. The Bar tender on the rooftop bar was also a hoot! I would've given 5 stars but we had a couple of issues. One issue was the room temperature/humidity. it felt like we were staying in a misty, humid box. The floors were damp, the towels and bedding were also damp the entire stay. Even our clothes! We attempted to get a dehumidifier from the front desk, but they were all in use (go figure). the second minor issue was the elevator was being serviced one of the days so it was only one in use for the entire hotel. it took almost 10 minutes or more to take the elevator to our room one night.

The cleaners forgot to clean my room twice in a row and we were also told we could request every day cleaning but when we asked for this they did not provide this. The restaurant staff were nice and attentive but the front desk were not apologetic when we phoned to say they had forgotten to clean the room. I also did not like there were hidden charges when we arrived. However the actual room is nice and spacious and about a 10/15 minute from the French quarter. It was my mums 70th but it did not end up being particularly special. We had to keep on requesting refills of shower gel and towels and toilet roll which you would not expect for the supposed quality of the hotel. The floor was also dirty. We also told them about us leaving at 5am and was told there would be people to help but there was not anyone around and we could not do express check out as it want working so we were walking around trying to find someone and had to do our own luggage.

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Your staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us enjoy our trip. We would personally like to thank first and foremost Erin (bartender), we enjoyed talking with you, your customer service and recommendations made our trip far more enjoyable. Reggie, thank you for your kindness and overall friendliness to us. And to Juanisha for going above and beyond to make our engagement even better than what it already was (I'm assuming Erin had something to do with that as well). Amber and Nolan were amazing in coaching us around the city and their overall attitudes on a daily basis completed this trip for us. Housekeeping was scheduled to clean the room every other day. I stayed 4 nights and my bed was never made. We received clean towels but had to ask for wash cloths from the front desk because housekeeping did not have any on their cart. Reported this issue at checkout and was accommodated for my inconvenience. Other than this issue, I enjoyed my stay at the Nopsi Hotel. It is conveniently located and we were able to walk everywhere. I would stay here again.

Having staff that represents your company in a good light l, goes above and beyond for patrons will make any regular hotel feel like a castle. The staff at Nopsi did just that for me. This morning during checkout I had the pleasure of dealing with a very kind lady who was able to assist me I wish I remembered her name. Then a gentleman in its truest form(Hassan) helped me carry my bags to the car it was a lot and I was tugging a baby on my hip at 4:25am. It’s dark outside I was parked a block away from hotel. He didn’t know me from a can of paint but yet made me feel safe and protected. This experience alone made the stay worth every single penny. I will say if you were sold on the roof top bar it’s currently closed. The bar downstairs however have the best Wellington you’ll ever taste.
