Overall, I enjoyed my stay because the staff was nice and the hotel was clean. The Bar tender on the rooftop bar was also a hoot! I would've given 5 stars but we had a couple of issues. One issue was the room temperature/humidity. it felt like we were staying in a misty, humid box. The floors were damp, the towels and bedding were also damp the entire stay. Even our clothes! We attempted to get a dehumidifier from the front desk, but they were all in use (go figure). the second minor issue was the elevator was being serviced one of the days so it was only one in use for the entire hotel. it took almost 10 minutes or more to take the elevator to our room one night.
