"It is always nice to have a small apartment suite rather than just one room, for a stay of several nights. The location was perfect for where we wanted to go (close to streetcar to go to the Jazz and Heritage Festival and walking distance to the river and the French Quarter).. Staff were helpful, breakfast was good and we talked to many other guests there. "It was a very nice place to stay, staff was great! The only discrepancies were having to pay for parking, the phone in our room didn’t work and the second elevator in hotel didn’t work as well. "

"Overall, a great place to stay. Our only issue was that our room only had one small window, which was in the bathroom and it wasn't clear if the window faced outside or an interior wall. The food and drinks in the front area were pretty pricey, but there is a ton of food around the restaurant that we opted to try. Otherwise, staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable."
