"The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "

However, my room wouldn’t lock so we were stuck in our room for the first 2 1/2 hours of our stay which was a bummer because we didn’t have any food in the room and he had traveled from Alaska and I had traveled from Minnesota and we were starving so that was kind of a bummer of a start to our trip.
