"We arrived late, and had to use the intercom to be let in. It was our first night in Japan and I was pleasantly surprised that the man working at the front desk spoke perfect english. Check in was easy. Our room was comfortable and had plenty of space for our family of five. It was quiet. It is a short walk to the nearest train station and a short ride to the Shinjuku station, so it is easy to get around Tokyo. There is a corner grocery store nearby. Highly recommend it. Would stay here again. "

"Really like the convenience of this hotel. Close to JR, subway and bus terminals. Lots of restaurants and malls around. Narita bus drop and pick up at the hotel. Luggage storage while we continue to explore the city. Very nice and friendly staff. "

"We loved this hotel and the area it was in. It was very crazy and energetic at night - such a fun place to walk around and find small shops and little restaurants. They go all in on the Godzilla theme. There are pictures of Godzilla and the movies everywhere, and statues everywhere. They even have a little bit of merchandise in the lobby. For our last two nights, we booked the top floor and they gave us Godzilla leather passport holders."

"This hotel is attached to the third floor of terminal three. It was extremely convenient after having flown all day, rather than having to figure out getting into town if it's your first visit to Japan. The rooms aren't large, but are clean and the amenities provided are nice. I would definitely stay here again. "
