"Nice new hotel , friendly staff , good food , the only bad thing was the smell of the room !! We asked the house keeping to help with this issue but nothing they did help !! Really bad smell specially in the toilets!!!"

"The hotel is beautiful, clean and spacious. The bedroom was very spacious, we were given an upgrade to sea view on check in. All staff were very welcoming and attentive and went out of their way to greet us. The pool staff went out of their way every morning to greet USA’s soon as we arrived at the au beds. "Along as you are happy to stay in the resort and eat eat the same food options daily you will be happy. Staff service is really good, the spa was delightful and Starbucks is a bonus at the resort. Taxi's are so expensive if you want venture out of the resort Uber does not work and it seems like the hotel work with the taxi companies and charge extra. I enjoyed my stay but I did nt enjoy the food options but I did venture out to land of legends and spend whole day there at a cost of 50 euros...

"We had a lovely stay at the Chedi in Muscat in early April and found it a very relaxing place to stay with family including teenagers. The staff were very friendly and courteous. One suggestion is to improve the atmosphere by arranging some activities and themed nights to engage the guests."

"Had a 4 day stopover travelling from Australia to Europe. Beautiful resort on a private beach with 2 lovely outdoor pools and an amazingly fun waterpark. Staff were very professional and helpful. Rooms were clean and we had a great view of the beach. My children are already asking when we can come back again. Highly recommend. "

"The property theme was perfect for relaxing but the issue is some cabinets were broken and lose 3 lights were burnet , the electricity went off 2 times which is really not pretty for what i paid. Told the receptionist and didn’t feel that they were willing to offer something back. "
