"The location is terrible as it's on an industrial Efes Beer storage area. Miles from anywhere. We could not find the place and eventually someone had to escort us. The cabins are new and very nice but the ones at the front are noisy due to the highway. OK for one night but nothing around the area which wasn't to our liking, "

"We got to our hotel and was told that they booked us out into one of their sister hotels, poor communication. The sister hotel was ok, the housekeeping staff specially Zalal and Tek were very helpful and efficient. They cleaned our room as requested and when above and beyond to help us. "Honestly we had some problems with our house and owners did what they can to help us. We felt sad for leaving early but we came back to an amazing time with my husband. the heated pool was amazing at night. The warmth of the fire was so shooting. The breakfast was delicious and so filling. Their mid day fruit plates were refreshing. The place is all yours and feel free to communicate with the staff. You can text them on WhatsApp till 11 pm and we got everything we wanted. We asked for a barbecue...

The staff go out of their way to make your stay extremely enjoyable Total relaxing and quiet A totally different experience to staying in a hotel or an apartment.. would we do it again… YES without hesitation we will be back next year! Ps fantastic horse riding centre as well "

"Senior suitte kaldığımızda muhteşem manzaralı bir odaya sahiptik. Personel yardımseverdi ve ilgiliydi. Ancak bazen sıcak su eksikliği yaşadık ve bir kez su kesintisi ve son gün de elektrik kesintisi oldu. Ancak otelin konumu harikaydı. Havuz çok küçük ve kullanışsızdı. Odalar rahattı ve teras harikaydı. 3 odası vardı hepsi çift kişilik yataktan oluşuyordu. Alt kattaki oda küçük ve kendi banyosu yok. Üst katta 2 odanın da kendine ait duşu ve tuvaleti vardı. Alt katta bir tuvalet mevcut ancak duş...

"Otelde cok eksik var. Bizim kaldigimiz konteyner bungalovda tuvalet kapisi yoktu. Iceride karincalar vardi. Ayrica cok kücük bir alan"

"İletişim ve destek çok iyiydi.Ama oda hijyen konusunda ne yazık ki yetersizdi. Örümcek ağı ve klimanın altında toz kütleleri vardı."
