"Decent hotel. Great location - right off of the popular and touristy Gran Via street. The apartment had large floor to ceiling windows which were extremely good at soundproofing. However, due to the location in a very busy area of town, some sound still managed to come inside. This is a price you pay for the great location. Overall, a decent hotel at a great location."

"They should review the hair dryer works well. Also, the WiFi is very weak in the rooms."

"The hotel is located near the airport and the day offer a shuttle pick up. Is it great for the late arrivals however make sure you call them when you need a shuttle pick up because it is unclear from the description as to how it’s done. The room and bathroom were clean, Spacious and quiet. The staff was nice. The dining in the hotel is not very good. Overall, I would stay there again for the first. The convenience of the airport location"

"Another great Eurostars we’ve stayed while in Spain. Buffet breakfast has always great selection, delicious and more than adequate. Room is spotless and bed is comfortable. Lemon/orange infused drinking water in lobby is appreciated. Thanks Eurostars, we had a wonderful stay! "

"The hotel was located in a residential area with easy access to the city center by metro There is a supermarket, a mall and laundromat near by and a few other shops to assist with basic needs. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel room was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning was not turned on so the room got warm but we were able to open windows. I would stay again in this hotel. It’s simple and affordable however be prepared that it is not the city center so things around...
