"I really enjoyed my stay here at emotions. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious and clean! Food was pretty standard but overall expected due to it being “resort food”. I came here for my Babymoon and many of the staff members were super helpful with accommodations and supporting me. Love that everything is walkable and the beach is beautiful! Lots of daily activities and for sure family friendly. I would for sure stay here again! "

The room was impeccably clean, and the maids made sure everything was perfect. "The staff were friendly and nice. The challenge was not being fluent in Spanish. The hot tubs and jacuzzi's throughout the property did not seem to want to get warm or have bubbles and I honestly couldn't get the staff to understand what I was looking for, or how to make it work. "

"Our room was never cleaned and we didn’t get fresh towels during our stay. There was nowhere to get drinking water or refill our water bottles, and yet it was unsafe to drink the tap water.
