I went to hotel at 11PM and the door of the hotel is locked, and what is worse is that there is no one at front desk. After 30mins, there is another guest coming and both of us are unable to find the front desk to open the door for us. I called hotel.com to ask for assistance, but unfortunately they can not reach the Venice Suites hotel either. At that time, no one can book another hotel for me and I find all hotels nearby are sold out, so I have to go back to airport to stay till moring with round trip of uber covered by myself. And I asked for a compensation of both hotel room charge and uber fee, for hotel room fee it might be returned to my account 1 or 2 weeks later which I can not confirm now. For the uber fee, I was told it can be refunded for less than 8usd, which is about 1/8 of my uber fee.
