Everything was fantastic. Everyone was so happy and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and the penthouse restaurant was also gorgeous and delicious. I highly recommend it!

The room was built so that there is a gap between the bathroom and bedroom wall. You can hear EVERYTHING that happens in the bathroom with the loudest, surprising toilet flush. Also the hot tub area was dinky and across the valet parking entrance, so very inconvenient and strange. The actual hot tub was not clean. Our bathing suits needed several cleanings.

The best customer service and attention to detail in all of my hotel stays. Daniel at the front desk was excellent! The staff who got our rental on a daily basis were great. The cleaning staff was awesome and upstairs restaurant staff at The Penthouse restaurant were spectacular. If you’re going to stay in Santa Monica I highly recommend staying at the Huntley Hotel!

The air conditioning in my room did not work, so I was moved to another room, where the air conditioning also was not working. The view from the room was beautiful. The facilities were very well-kept and the staff was friendly. You cannot beat the location in Santa Monica!

Best money I’ve spent for the hospitality and service I received at the Huntley! Staff was amazing and from the moment we arrived we received the best service I’ve ever had at any hotel I’ve ever visited. The room was great and the beds and bedding was the most comfortable. Loved being able to walk to shopping, restaurants and the pier only a short distance. Highly recommend the Huntley!

Couldn’t take a shower! Had to be at a business meeting on a Sunday morning. Water pressure was so bad that I jumped in the shower and the water literally stopped. I waited and waited, cold water came, rinsed myself and left.
