My second stay here, centrally located to everything that is Beverly Hills. A quiet boutique style hotel that even offers a speakeasy room service is very quick. Their menu is fantastic. You must their breakfast! It’s become a home away from home.
We enjoyed our stay. The rooftop pool was a huge hit with our daughter. Valet parking was easy and you can come and go as you please. Rooms were very clean.
Good hotel with excellent customer service. Location was good and all staff encountered were very professional and went out of their way to assist and make your stay pleasant.
The service was simply fantastic. Car valet, front desk, room attendants. The room was large for me and my adult son. Liked the garden area outside room. Really liked the hotel.

Loved and Enjoyed everything about this Hotel. Specially the front desk staff, the valet, the Restaurants. The food, both the taste, the presentation and the services at the restaurants were phenomenal.
Overall, the service at SLS Hotel supersedes ANY Hotel in Beverly Hills! The location was excellent. It was close, walking distance. Would definitely book a stay again ANYTIME!
Daisy front desk and Lexie and Martha and Maria and Andrea’s all wonderful and lovely staff. Very professional very efficient. I would recommend this hotel over any hotel in Beverlyhills.

The best service and very friendly/welcoming and professional nice staff. The housekeeping was excellent. Beautiful hotel. Nicely decorated / very stylish. Amazing food. The restaurant is out of this world. Martha at the front desk truly made my stay worth coming. I would stay there again anytime. Thank you for your services!

My stay was so comfortable and soothing! Mireille from the concierge is an angel! She took such good care of us and was so so thoughtful! Alex from the reception as well was so joyous and helpful! Honestly the staff made our stay worthwhile. Would definitely come back!
Great hotel, but surrounding area isn't easily walkable.

I got stuck in the elevator for over 15 minutes causing me to miss an important meeting. They gave me a $100 credit for my inconvenience which I didn’t think was enough given my inconvenience and the fact I was cluster phobic. In addition, the day prior all guest elevators were down and we had to goto service elevators that was located in the service area which was not very scenic.
